Notice to Voters: If you are voting on Election Day, your ballot must be initialed by two election inspectors. If you are voting absentee, your ballot must be initialed by the municipal clerk or deputy clerk. Your ballot may not be counted without initials. (See end of ballot for initials).

ORDINANCE TO MAKE OFFICES OF TOWN CLERK AND TOWN TREASURER APPOINTED BY MAJORITY OF MEMBERS-ELECT OF THE TOWN BOARD
The Town Board of the Town of Breed, Oconto County, Wisconsin, does hereby ordain that by passage of the referendum, pursuant to Wis Stat. ss 60.30(1e)(a), the office of the town clerk or town treasurer shall be filled by appointment of a majority of the members-elect of the town board. Passage of referendum would take effect upon completion of term limits of current elected town clerk and town treasurer in 2027.
